Phu Do Nguyen is the founding senior partner of the firm of Do Phu & Anh Tuan. Mr. Nguyen has devoted most of his time as a trial lawyer since 1997. His experiences in trial work involve personal injuries, wrongful death, motorcycles accidents, criminal defense and complex business litigation. Mr. Nguyen has tried cases extending from misdemeanor to serious felony cases, serious personal injuries cases, as well as complex business litigation. He was the lead counsel in VNI v. Microsoft, Adobe vs. Softnet, Universal Pictures vs. Pham et. al., Stafford v. Country Harvest Buffet and hundreds of other cases. Mr. Nguyen is knowledgeable in immigration issues that relate to non-citizen defendant. Mr. Nguyen is fluent in Vietnamese and conversational in Spanish.

His hobbies include riding motorcycles interstate with a group of bikers. Mr. Nguyen rides his HD Cross Bones and is currently the road captain of a local riding club in Orange County, VHOG (Vietnamese Harley Owners Group). As motorcyclist, Mr. Nguyen appreciates the risks associate with riding a motorcycle and can effectively represent his clients' interest aggressively.

    * Served as CSG-JAG officer with Legal Support Command, ( CSMR) Los Alamitos, CA Army National Guard (2007-2008)
    * Served with the 311th Expeditionary Sust., US Army Reserve, Los Angeles, CA (2008-2009)
