Over the past 18 years, our firm has been helping people - people who have been hurt or who have been unfairly treated and need the protection of the law. We believe lawyers should be professionals who treat people with respect and like neighbors.Since most of our partners were former U.S. military officers, the firm has utilized the principals of warfare in litigation of complex cases. The military experience has helped our firm to function as an effective unit when needed. In addition, our firm also utilizes the latest technological software and hardware to litigate our cases in trial. Although each attorney is dedicated to practice one or two areas of law, our firm has devoted time to cross train each lawyer as a jury trial lawyer. We firmly believe that a trial is a last resort, but we have the ability to do trial work effectively when needed. Because the practice of law is vast, complex, and dynamic, our firm is committed to enhance our personal legal skills and edge by continually attending professional seminars. We also encourage partners and associates to get involved in pro bono work and help the community at large.

That is why we generally don't charge for our services unless we are successful in obtaining a recovery for our clients. We have represented thousands of clients who could not have otherwise afforded a lawyer.

There are thousands of lawyers out there. However only a small handful have the resources, experience and legal clout to try the most difficult cases.

Let us see if we can help you. The first consultation will not cost you anything and just maybe we can help.
